Terms and Conditions – Taquillas.com

By using Taquillas.com (“we,” “our”), you (“user,” “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which are an integral part of this agreement.

1. Scope

These Terms govern your access, use, and purchase of tickets through Taquillas.com, the relationship between you and Taquillas.com, and the responsibilities of both parties.

 

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated methods to purchase tickets.

  • Unauthorized data harvesting from the site (such as “screen scraping”).

  • Engaging in fraudulent activity or in violation of these Terms.

 

3. Purchase Process

  • Ticket purchases are made through our platform as an agent of the event organizer.

  • Prices and availability are determined by the event promoter.

  • By completing a purchase, you accept the contractual relationship between you and the promoter.

 

4. Payments, Fees, and Taxes

  • Credit and debit cards are accepted (valid in Puerto Rico).

  • There may be additional fees not established by Taquillas.com (e.g., processing fees).

  • The ticket price does not always include these fees or the applicable SUT (Valid Service Tax).

  • All amounts must be explicitly detailed, in accordance with Puerto Rican tax laws.

 

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All purchases are final and cannot be canceled or modified by the user.

  • In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of the ticket price and SUT (Valid Service Tax) is the responsibility of the event promoter.

  • Service charges and other additional fees are non-refundable.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

  • You acknowledge that your use of the service is at your own risk.

  • Taquillas.com does not guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors, or specific results.

  • We are not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, or third-party impacts.

 

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in Puerto Rico.

 

8. Arbitration of Disputes

Optionally, the parties may submit disagreements to arbitration proceedings in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association under the consumer laws prevailing in Puerto Rico.

 

9. Special Standards

  • For discounted events (for those 65 and older or disabled), benefits apply in accordance with Puerto Rican regulations (example: 50% discount; valid ID required for in-person purchases).

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

11. Personal Data and Security

Our Privacy Policy sets forth how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We encourage you to review it carefully.
